Step aboard the Spirit Washington DC and enjoy a cruise of approximately two hours along the Potomac River, with a delicious buffet lunch on board. You'll enjoy spectacular views of downtown with live music as you cruise along the river.
The cruise departs from City Cruises, Pier 4 - 580 Water Street SW. If you're taking children, please note that although children under 3 are free, you must let them know how many there are so that they can be accommodated.
Once the boat leaves the pier, you'll start to enjoy the pier while listening to live narration from the captain (in English) about the sights from the boat: the Washington Monument, the famous Woodrow Wilson Bridge and many more.

With a DJ you'll enjoy music on board while enjoying a delicious buffet lunch with drinks served by the attentive wait staff. Aboard the elegant Spirit of Washington , you'll pass the highlights of Washington DC, with the captain's fascinating stories live .
Climb up to the top deck and enjoy an open view of the scenery with your friends or family. Along the cruise you'll pass the historic 169-metre Washington Monument, rising from the National Mall and honouring America's first president. You'll see the world's tallest stone sculpture and pass Reagan National Airport, one of the busiest airports in the US, with an average of one flight every 30 seconds during peak season.
Throughout the cruise, you'll hear stories about the events of the nation's capital as you pass under the Woodrow Wilson bascule bridge, named in tribute to the 28th president of the United States.
You'll cruise through Alexandria, an independent Virginia city founded in 1600 by tobacco traders from Scotland and England. You'll see the Torpedo factory, the US Naval Research Laboratory and Admiral's Row.
