“It was enjoyable but the tour felt very rushed - the character segments seemed to be on double speed. It felt like they couldn't wait to move us on to the next room, rather than allowing us time to enjoy. Some of the character tour was also quite confusing, the muffin man for example I had no idea what he was talking about. Some sections started before everyone in our group was there. The interactive section at the end of the character tour was also confusing and unrelated to Shrek - would have been nice to have something more contextual to the films rather than king fu panda, how to train your dragon etc. The photo ops were also rushed, no effort was made to help ensure groups got a nice/decent photo, especially important with younger members of the tour. The best bits by far were the bus tour and elevators.”
