When do I choose which attractions I want to visit?
You don't have to choose them now, you can go directly to the entrance of the attraction or monument you want to visit with your pass. The vast majority of them don't even require a reservation and you'll be able to get in on the spot. It couldn't be easier!

Are there any attractions that require advance booking?
Most attractions do not require advance booking, but there are some (such as the guided tours or the Empire State Building) that require advance booking because they are very busy. You will be able to check which ones and make your reservation from the APP (you will receive all the information in the confirmation voucher we send you).

How do I activate the pass?
As soon as you scan your pass at an activity, one of your options will be redeemed. You will have 60 days to use the remaining options.

Do children need a pass?
If you are travelling with children between 3 and 12 years old remember that you have reduced prices, and children under 3 years old do not pay at most attractions, so they do not need a pass.

How do I redeem my ticket for the New York Yankees game?
Your pass entitles you to a grandstand level seat which is redeemable at the ticket office. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you go to the ticket office in advance to scan your pass and get the best seat available. On the pass APP you will be able to consult the timetable to check all the details of the match.
