Step by Step
Thanks to this reservation, you can discover the new Broadway Museum with this ticket. Located in Times Square, in the heart of Manhattan, this is a space where you can see everything that goes on behind the curtain of the shows of one of the most important theatres in the world.
The 2,400 square metre museum consists of three sections:
- The Map Room, with a short film depicting the history of theatre in New York and the location of existing theatres.
- A two-story Broadway chronology
- The "Making of a Broadway Show" to see what goes on behind the scenes of the theatre.
In the various rooms of the museum, which has been collaborated on by dozens of artists, you can experience the history and migration of New York's theatres. All this through immersive video projections: from the financial district to Union Square and Herald Square to today's Times Square. You can travel through time with Broadway's image-filled chronology, from its birth to the present day.
You can also step behind the curtain into the making of a Broadway show with a special exhibition. It pays tribute to the community of talented professionals, both on and off stage, who bring Broadway plays and musicals to life every night.
