This is the building's main observation deck, but there is another one on the 102nd floor: you can buy access at the box office for an additional cost.

Hold your breath as you take one of the ultra-fast lifts up, and when you reach the open-air terrace... Voila, New York at your feet! Choose the time of day you prefer: either during the day to gaze out over the city's skyline or at sunset to admire the illuminated skyline.
