The museum deals with an immense number of disciplines, including archaeology, history, paleontology, mineralogy and many others.
It has three floors of permanent exhibits, including animal habitats, dinosaurs and pre-Columbian cultures in the Americas. Its collections include gigantic skeletons of marine mammals, dinosaurs and mammoths, but also rubies, sapphires, emeralds, diamonds and many other precious stones.
