Located in a secluded section of the Shelby headquarters building in Nevada, this museum has some of the most important cars the company has made from 1960 onwards.

The Shelby Car Museum is small but has one of the most interesting collections to visit in Las Vegas. Shelby is one of the most successful American companies and a byword for American muscle cars and at the museum you can discover a unit of the legendary Ford GT40, which was featured in the movie Ford vs. Ferrari, and was developed by Carroll Shelby.

In addition to the cars that became world famous in the 1966 Le Mans 24-hour race, you can also get up close and personal with the Shelby Cobra, the model that made the brand a benchmark in the automotive industry, and the Shelby Mustang, one of the best-selling cars in history.

If you have the chance to buy the VIP ticket, I advise you not to miss the tour of Shelby's mechanical workshops, as you will be able to get a glimpse of the craftsmanship behind one of the most important American car companies in the development of racing cars.

Don't forget to take pictures with some of the most famous car models in history and enjoy the souvenir and gift shop where you can find everything from miniatures of the vehicles to clothing and key rings in Shelby colours.

If you're only in town for a few days, you can make the most of your visit to the Shelby Car Museum by also visiting theShark Reef Aquarium and the famous sign welcoming visitors to Las Vegas, both of which are located nearby.
