Step by Step
This night-time ghost tour of London will make your hair stand on end, taking you on a walking and boating tour of the English capital's spookiest monuments and streets . After the tour, you'll cruise the waters of the Thames for an unforgettable experience in small groups of around 10 people.
A professional guide will tell you about the city's most famous myths and legends, such as the wanderings of Jack the Ripper who terrorised London with serial murders during 1888 in the Whitechapel district, which to this day remain unsolved.
You will learn how the executions took place in the reign of Henry VIII. One of England's most controversial reigns, he challenged the dominance of the Catholic Church in the 16th century and implemented the death penalty for witchcraft.
You'll walk around the Tower of London, the impressive castle that has served as a fortress, royal palace and even prison since its founding in 1066.
It was in this very tower that King Henry VIII ordered the beheading of Queen Anne Boleyn, his second wife, in an epic conspiracy. Legend has it that her headless ghost appears at night in the corridors of the tower.
You'll also have the chance to see the facade of Westminster Abbey . The spooky gothic style church where the remains of kings such as Henry VII, and famous people such as Charles Dickens, Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin are buried.
After the walk, this experience will offer you a spooky night-time view of London's backstreets, from the panoramic view of the boat on which you will sail the waters of the Thames, the most important tributary that runs through London.
As you reach the banks of the river, you'll hear ghost stories, including that of the gentleman in the hat, who appears on Downing Street to scare all passers-by.
