10 Things to Do in Seville in September
Although it is still quite hot in Seville, if you visit in September you can see how it is starting to wake up after a summer in which everything seems to slow down.
I'm not going to kid you: in September it's still pretty hot in the Andalusian capital. This doesn't mean that there are not many things to see and do in Seville during this month, but it's still worth bearing in mind that it's advisable for activities to take place indoors at certain times of the day.
Luckily, part of what Seville has to offer this month takes this climate into account. Thus, you will find film seasons or concerts at night, as well as sporting activities. For these reasons and more, September is an ideal month to explore and discover the city of Seville.
1. Attend the Nights in the Gardens of the Real Alcázar of Seville
In the evening, when the heat begins to drop, there is a fantastic plan that combines music with an almost unrepeatable setting: the Nights in the Gardens of the Real Alcázar
This is a spectacular plan in which you can enjoy and be moved by the melodies of ancient music, classical, jazz, flamenco and more, performed by musicians of international prestige. In addition, attendees have the opportunity to tour the oldest royal gardens in Europe, immersing themselves in a magical and dreamlike atmosphere. If visiting the Alcázar of Seville during the day is a true marvel, wait until you see what it looks like at night.
Among the gardens you can visit are the Garden of the Poets, the Garden of the Cross, the Garden of the Cenador de la Alcoba, the Garden of the Marqués de la Vega Inclán and the English Garden.

This season, called Asómate al Partio, not only offers great films in the open air, but also takes place in a very attractive setting: the courtyard of the Diputación de Sevilla building.
For many years now, this film season has become a true classic of the Seville summer. Weather in Seville in September and what to bring in your suitcase
If you are wondering what you should wear if you travel to Seville at this time of year, you should bear in mind that the average temperature in Seville in September is around 25°C. The average minimum temperature is 17°C. The average minimum temperature is 17°C and the maximum is 32°C. If you are going to spend the whole day outside, it is advisable to plan to dress in light layers, allowing you to dress warmly or lightly depending on the temperature variations.
While temperatures in September are much cooler and more pleasant compared to the summer months, the maximum temperature is still quite high, so I recommend always going out with maximum sunscreen and a bottle of water for hydration. If possible, consider avoiding going out at the hours of highest sun exposure, i.e. between 12:00 and 16:00 hours, as this is the time of day when UV radiation is at its most dangerous.
Also, bear in mind that rainfall is forecast for two to four days during September, so it never hurts to be prepared with a waterproof jacket and an umbrella in case of rain.
