Discover New Zealand's wonderful marine life on an exciting half-day cruise tour of the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park in Auckland.
Meet the crew at the New Zealand Maritime Museum in Viaduct Harbour, and climb aboard a spacious 65-metre catamaran specially designed for a comfortable and scenic experience.
During the tour, the captain and guides will give you fascinating facts about this incredible marine park, which has five marine reserves and is home to an amazing biological diversity of 23 different species.
You'll learn about the research conducted in collaboration with local marine scientists and see the whales they track, such as bottlenose dolphins and Bryde's whales, which are native to New Zealand.
Be prepared to snap photos of blue penguins and watch seabirds such as Australasian gannets, petrels, shearwaters and white-fronted terns soaring or diving in the sea!
Although wildlife viewing cannot be guaranteed, should you not spot any marine mammals during the trip, you will have the option to return on another day at no extra charge.
