How does the Amsterdam Explorer Pass work?

The pass is very simple to use. When you make your bookingyou will receive a digital version of the pass and instructions on how to use it by email. You can carry it on your phone or, if you prefer, print it out. You will also have the option of downloading the mobile application that will be specified on the booking voucher and from there you can access the complete list of attractions included, manage your reservations and have all the information you need to enjoy your pass at your fingertips.

How do I activate the pass?

The pass is valid for 2 years from the time of purchase, so it must be activated within 2 years. It is easily activated by using it for the first time at an attraction and from then on you have 60 days to visit the number of attractions you have booked.

What are the advantages of the pass?

With this pass you can choose between 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 attractions from the 30+ attractions on the list. You can save up to 50% compared to buying tickets individually. And because it's a digital pass, you'll have your tickets and everything you need right at your fingertips on your smartphone.

Are there any attractions that require advance booking?

It is possible that some attractions, especially popular ones, may require reservations to visit. Booking is very easy by following the instructions you will receive with your pass purchase.

Do children need a pass?

If you're travelling as a family, children between the ages of 3 and 12 get even more of a discount with this pass. You don't need to buy a pass for children under 3 years old.
