This pasta and tiramisu cooking class takes place in a private flat in Sorrento and is designed for small groups. When booking it is possible to choose between lunch or dinner. In about 3 hours, a local cook will teach you how to prepare the typical dishes of the area, such as:
- Caponata: a stew based on aubergines, tomato, green olives, capers and spices.
- Gnocchi alla sorrentina: a delicious gnocchi dish made with buffalo mozzarella and tomato sauce.
- Tiramisù al limone: a variation on the famous dessert. Sorrento is famous for its lemons, recognised with the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) seal by the European Union. Therefore, a dish that includes them among its ingredients could not be missing.
