You will start the day with a scenic drive through the idyllic landscape of Wicklow National Park, where you will enjoy the magnificent mountain views . In this national park, you'll stop at Wicklow Gap, one of the highest mountain passes in the region, where you can marvel at the views of the area from avantage point .
Next stop is Glendalough, a ruined monastery complex founded by St Kevin in the 6th century. The region is not only noted for its ruined buildings, but also for the beautiful lakes and mountains that surround the region and make it a true natural paradise.
Afterwards, you will go back in time with a tour of Kilkenny, the medieval capital of Ireland, also recognised as one of the most beautiful cities on the island. Stroll through its paved streets and discover the impressiveKilkenny Castle, which was built in the 13th century by the Norman conquerors.
