Select date and time

Step by Step

Get your tickets for the Acropolis and the archaeological sites of Athens to make the most of your visit to the city. As there is so much to see, tickets are valid for 5 consecutive days from their first use. That first use will always be the visit to the Acropolis. The day and time you choose when you make your reservation will be for access to the Acropolis and from then on the 5 days of validity will start to count. This way, you can organise your visits to the different sites and points of interest at your convenience. Please note that you will only be able to access each site and point of interest once during the validity period.

With these tickets, you will have access to the main relics of Athens' classical past: the Acropolis. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is undoubtedly one of the most impressive sites in the world and a must-see for visitors to Athens. You will have the opportunity to explore the Acropolis hill at your own pace and get up close to its various temples, the Parthenon being the most famous of them all. Did you know that it was erected between 447 and 432 BC? This monument is considered by many to be the greatest exponent of Ancient Greek architectural beauty.

In the 5 days following this visit, you will have access to the rest of the archaeological sites of Athens.

  • The Ancient Agora: This was the heart of social, political and commercial life in Classical Athens. Elections, public debates and religious festivities were held in this centre of democracy. One of its great treasures is the Temple of Hephaestus, one of the best preserved temples of antiquity.
  • The Roman Agora: Built between 19 and 11 BC on the orders of Emperor Augustus. Several columns and the emblematic Tower of the Winds, an ancient sundial, are still standing.
  • Hadrian's Library: Founded in 132 AD, this reading room, convention centre and bibliographical archive was built during the reign of Emperor Hadrian. Today it is striking for its columns up to 8 metres high.
  • The Olympion: The temple of Olympian Zeus, which took almost seven centuries to build, is today a partial structure. In its splendour, it had 104 columns that exceeded 15 metres in height.
  • The Kerameikos: In ancient times, this area housed the potters' workshops of Athens. However, in 478 BC, the construction of a defensive wall divided the neighbourhood in two. One section became a burial site, giving rise to the largest necropolis in all of Greece.
  • The School of Aristotle: This was the seat of the Peripatetic school, founded by Aristotle, one of the most influential philosophers in history.

You will take each tour at your own pace, without the rigidity of guided tours or large groups. It will be a perfect opportunity to explore in depth some of the most emblematic wonders of Ancient Greece.

If you want to get to know in depth all the details and curious facts that each site has to offer, you can choose an audio guide when you make your booking. Remember to bring headphones for comfort and learn every step of the way.
