Step by Step
Hop on an electric bike and enjoy this champagne-focused tour for a full day. The experience usually lasts approximately 7 hours. Throughout this time you will be accompanied by a tour guide, who will explain all about the traditional drink of the region.
The groups are small, about 8 people, so there will be plenty of space for everyone to move around comfortably. Departure is by air-conditioned vehicle from the city of Reims, where return transfers are included.
In addition to learning about the production, cultivation process and history of champagne, you will also be able to taste it. Specifically, you will have about 5 different tastings of this drink, so you will enjoy all the variety it has to offer.
As the experience lasts around 7 hours, lunch is also included for all participants. This lunch will be enjoyed next to one of the most important buildings for champagne, namely Le Clos Corbier, which is a restored house.
You will also visit the house of the historically important monk Dom Perignon. He is credited with inventing the method of producing champagne. Today his legacy continues thanks to the famous champagne brand of the same name.
