Embark on a very complete tour of Buenos Aires in a guided tour of approximately 3 hours , where you will get to know the most historical and outstanding monuments and areas of the city.
Your local guide will accompany you at all times with narrations of the history of Buenos Aires and will take you to places such as:
- Plaza de Mayo: the oldest public square in Buenos Aires, it has been the scene of the most important historical events in the country, such as the Revolution of May 25th, 1810. It houses monuments such as the Casa Rosada.
- Calle Defensa: a famous street in the bohemian neighbourhood of San Telmo, where you will find a variety of shops, breweries, exclusive restaurants and tango shows.
- La Boca: a neighbourhood renowned for its riverside attractions and the famous Caminito, a narrow alleyway lined with colourful zinc houses. Pass by the Bombonera and the modern art museum called Fundación Proa.
- Puerto Madero: a luxurious neighbourhood overlooking the bay that is home to the elegant skyscrapers, lakes and trails of the Costanera Sur ecological reserve.
- Teatro Colón: one of the five best opera houses in the world. Its hall is renowned for its acoustics and is ranked as the second best in the world for concerts.
- Retiro: a quiet neighbourhood located in the east of the city. It is an area where you will find places of interest such as the Plaza General San Martin, the Monumental Tower, the train station and the art deco tower.
- Recoleta: a luxurious area with Parisian style houses, elegant palaces and boutiques. You will find the National Museum of Fine Arts and the temporary exhibitions of the Recoleta Cultural Centre.
- Recoleta Cemetery: it is one of the most renowned cemeteries in the city for keeping the tombs of national icons such as the Argentinean politician and actress Eva Perón.
